- Read The TG$ Participation Agreement.
- Read the Community Guidelines.
- Read the Terms of Service.
- The Object of Wish Lamp$ Game is to find a Wish Lamp and win. And have fun.
- Solve the clues to find the lamps. Clues come out daily. You can also buy Hints and Advantages Clues if you want, but it is not necessary to win.
- In our first year, the goal is for Official Wish Lamps to be worth $1M or 3 non-cash Real Life Wishes that can add up to $1.2M dollars. We may have lower prize values in the start up phase of TG$ and Prize Values may change as the game evolves. Lower value Lamps may not have a wish component.
- Cash prizes will be paid by check or wire transfer. Timing of any award payments are at the full discretion of TG$.
- Some of the smaller Lamp Values will not have the 3 wishes option, but they may have a bonus amount of cash for the winner to donate.
- Wishes will be paid for and or secured through methods and timing approved by TG$.
- Subscribers can have only one account per individual and must provide real information when creating an account; free or full access.
- Subscribers must be 13 years of age or older.
- Subscribers 13-17 must have parental consent to participate and make any purchases.
- All winners will be required to sign an award release and, if a minor wins the grand prize, they will need a legal guardian to sign off on the TG$ award release.
- Subscribers must be legal citizens of the country they are participating in, or they must be in the country legally.
- Subscribers must follow all rules of the game and all TG$ Agreements, Terms, Conditions, and Community Guidelines.
- Account holders can register 2 electronic devices per subscription.
- WL$ is played in 2 Six Month Seasons. Season 1 is Jan 1-June 30. Season 2 is July 1-Dec 31. Lamp Regions can activate at any time during the seasons. This schedule will be flexible until we achieve full capacity.
- WL$ can be played 24/7 all game year. You can join at anytime, and you can cancel at any time.
- When any new game launches, the amount of treasure items in play may be released in a staggered time frame in relation to the number of subscribers. There will always be a treasure item in play when the new game launches, and the number of items will increase to the maximum item number planned for the game season as more people sign up and sponsors are secured.
- For WL$, we will be starting with the goal of 10 Lamps that will be hidden per season. Lamps are deemed active based on factors that include number of subscribers, sponsorship funding, and other contributing factors. There will always be at least one active Lamp when a season starts, and as many as 10 active Lamps per season. This schedule will be flexible until we achieve full capacity.
- More Lamps may be made active as the game season goes on. The number of Lamps and regions may change as new game years begin.
- Any active Lamps not found in season 1 will roll over into season 2.
- Our Goal is that All Active Lamps will be found by the end of the game year, but may carry over if not found. Clues will get easier and/or become more obvious as we get closer to the end of the game year in an effort to make sure that every active Lamp is found by the end of the game year or as soon as possible after the end of the game year. This process will be flexible during the first 3 years of the initial start up phase.
- There is a Region Activation Schedule on the Home Page of the TG$ Website.
- On Launch Day, a poem will be released at 12:01AM EST per active Lamp that gives enough information to find the Lamp if deciphered correctly.
- Each day of the season after Launch Day – A minimum of 2 clues per day are released per active Lamp, during specific time blocks per region.
- The Lamps are hidden in regions that are designated in a map inside the game platform.
- You can play any amount of regions that you want for the same subscription fee. Each region has its own clues.
- Clues can be solved, purchased, or earned.
- “Hints” can be purchased for certain clues. They are not necessary to win.
- Additional “Advantage Clues” can be purchased at certain times throughout the game season. They are not necessary to win. Make sure to review all the details about how the Advantage Clues work and your responsibilities/acceptance of use if you choose to use them. Any Misuse can lead to disqualification.
- Any minor making purchases inside the game must have parental consent.
- Do not go on private residential property ever. Lamps are never hidden on private residential property. You will be banned if you violate this rule.
- Do not go on private commercial property without permission. Any private commercial property can only be accessed with permission from legally authorized individuals. Location owners cannot acknowledge if they are part of a treasure hunt, do not ask them. They are instructed to say no if asked. They can only give permission to search.
- Lamps may be found on private commercial property and commercial property that is open to the public, during hours of operation or with proper permission. Subscribers must have proper Permission to search any commercial property at any time.
- Lamps may be found on public land where TG$ has secured permission. (City, County, State, Federal etc.) You must follow the laws and regulations for these areas. In such cases there may or may not be a situation where permission must be granted to a treasure hunter to search the area. Follow any and all rules in the area you want to search.
- No Lamps are hidden in places that require extreme, permanent, or damaging disturbance/alteration of the environment to find them. i.e., no ground digging, no destruction of any kind is needed or allowed. They are not hidden in places that create a safety hazard. They are not hidden in places that require paying a admission fee to access. The specific location where the lamp is hidden does not require an admission fee, however, there may be expenses involved with getting to the location where the lamp is hidden. They can be inside or outside. Use Good Judgement when searching for the Wish Lamp and be safe at all times.
- Lamps may be in a locked container of some sort. Lamps may be under something or behind something…they may be in a natural feature… they may be disguised or camouflaged. They may require steps to unlock where they are hidden. There are many ways a Lamp can be hidden.
- If a Lamp is moved from the original hiding place, for any reason, TG$ has the right to pause the game and re-hide the Lamp and then continue the game in that region even if it has been found in the unplanned location before TG$ is aware that it was moved.
- TG$ employs a variety of security measures that may include Lamps being under 24-hour video and or other types of surveillance and having multiple tracking systems. Tampering with or attempting to exploit any of the TG$ security measures will be cause for being banned from all TG$ games.
- Subscribers can work alone, as a team, family, etc… but only one subscriber will be awarded the prize for legal and tax reasons.
- Players working as a team will want to clearly document who is on their team and be able to prove it if they win. Players can only share clue info with their “official team” using private methods. Official team is a family or friends or combination of both that are formally working together to find the treasure item and will share the prize. These teams must use private methods to share information. TG$ is starting to require teams to provide the names of their team members and their team correspondence records if they win. If someone wins and then someone else comes forward and says they helped out and has proof of that in a communication then it will create issues for both parties and may lead to being disqualified. Do not share any clue or vital game information with people that are not on your official team. Make sure to declare and document your team and your correspondence in your records and then act according to the rules as far as any sharing of information.
- Lamp Winners – We want to spread wealth, therefore there are winner limitations. Winners and their team members must wait one year from the date they found the Wish Lamp to be eligible to win again. If a situation comes up where a group is finding more than 1 Lamp per year, we have the right to adjust the rules to make sure no one group is monopolizing the prize awards. The goal is to spread wealth to as many people as possible.
- If you find a Lamp, you must scan the QR code on the outside container and then follow the instructions on how to contact us to be verified and plan the award process. Read and follow all the steps that are provided once you scan the QR code.
- Subscribers must film themselves finding the Lamp in order to win and must provide TG$ that footage as part of the verification process and to use in promoting the game. The more you document your entire treasure hunting adventure with video and photos, the better the vetting process will go for proving you followed all the rules if you find a Lamp. Film all your adventures and take photos and be able to prove the work you did to solve the clues and find the Lamp.
- Once a lamp is found the treasure hunter(s) are vetted to make sure all rules were followed and the find was legitimate. The game in that specific region is put on pause during the vetting process. If a person or team is disqualified during or as a result of the vetting process for any reason then the Lamp will be re-hidden somewhere else in that region and the game will continue. This process will happen asap, but there is no timeframe as each case will have different factors to contend with.
- Saying you did not know something was against the rules or a violation of any of the TG$ agreements is not an excuse, All treasure hunters are responsible to read and follow all of the TG$ agreements including terms & conditions, participation agreement and all the other guiding documents/rules.
- Lamp finders that have been vetted and confirmed as winners must sign an award release agreement and abide by the award terms.
- TG$ will decide the timing and process for any and all award fulfillment, cash or otherwise.
- If you choose the $cash prize, you will be responsible to pay any taxes you will owe, both state and federal. The smaller value lamps may not have a wish option.
- If you choose the 3 Wishes, you will have to follow the Wish Fulfillment Process and be responsible for any fees that may come with the wishes you choose. E.g., if you choose a house as one of your wishes, the house may be paid for, but the ongoing insurance and any property taxes would be your responsibility. If you choose a car, the car would be paid for, but the license and registration would be your responsibility, etc. The wishes may be taxable as well depending on what you choose and other related factors.
- If you chose the wishes, you cannot wish for more wishes or infinite money or things of that nature. The objective is to try and maximize the best use of the $value allotted for the 3 wishes.
- These must be 3 specific wishes not using the word “and.” You must have total amounts of the cost per wish.
- The 3rd Wish – Has to be for someone other than the official Lamp finder.
- Wish Fulfillment Process involves planning with the TG$ team and all wishes must be approved by TG$ before they are granted.
- Prize award process – Once the award plan is finalized and approved, a date, time, and place is set for the TG$ representatives to come out and award the prize.
- Winners are required to participate in a press conference and interviews as part of the award process.
- The entire award process will be filmed for use by TG$.
- Do not post any content about finding a Lamp or winning until TG$ gives permission.
- Subscribers can post content about their treasure hunting adventures on our platform for others to enjoy and to win prizes.
- Watching – Treasure Hunters are encouraged to film and post content about their Treasure Hunting Adventures to gain and entertain followers and to win weekly prizes for different fun categories and challenges.

- No actual clue information can be shared or discussed on public platforms other than what is outlined in the TG$ Rules.
- Subsicbers can only share active clue information with their official team members using private methods.
- Subsicbers can share clue information related to regions that are closed, meaning the Lamp has been found and confirmed, But this information can only be shared in official TG$ platforms moderated by TG$ representatives; e.g. TG$ Platform, TG$ Facebook Group, TG$ Discord.
