The Information You Provide to Us

For certain activities, such as account registration, you may provide information to us that may include:

• Registration information, such as contact information, e.g., name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number; account information, e.g., your username, password, or security questions; billing information, e.g., credit card or other payment information, billing address; and profile information, e.g., profile photo, spoken language(s), age, or other personal characteristics or interests.
• User Content, including but not limited to: comments, photographs, livestreams, video data, audio data, audio and visual recordings, or virtual avatars. Such information may also include metadata associated with your User Content, such as the hashtags you use.
• Identity verification information, such as a government issued ID.
• Your opt-in choices and communication preferences.
• Your phone and social network contacts, with your permission. If you choose to find other users through your phone contacts, we will access and collect the names and phone numbers stored in your phone. If you choose to find other users through your social network contacts, we will collect your public profile information and the names and profiles of your social network contacts.
• Information in correspondence you provide to us, such as if you send feedback to us.
• Information you share in games, content, surveys, or other sweepstakes.

Information We Collect

We may collect information about you from our services, our products, or from other sources, such as:

• Information from our websites. When you visit our websites, or receive and interact with our marketing communications and advertising on our and/or third-party websites and services, we may automatically log your activity.
• Games. When you play our games, we may collect information about you and your use of that game on your device and/or in the real world.
• Content. When you upload, comment, rate, post, or repost content.
• Device Information. We collect information about your device(s), which you use to access and use our
  Services. Such information may include your IP address, mobile carrier, time zone settings, device characteristics, such as device ID, cookie ID, make and model number, etc., engagement information, such as keystroke patterns or rhythms, and audio and visual settings.

We may collect information about your approximate location, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect precise location data, such as GPS data. When you use in-game features that incorporate your location, you agree to sharing your location data, e.g., GPS data, with TG$.
• Third Parties. We may collect information about you from third-party services, such as from advertisers and other data providers. If you choose to link a third party account, such as your social media account, we may collect information from these third parties. Such information may include your contact lists. We may also receive information from your banking institution.
• Computer Software Technologies. We may collect information about you from computer software technologies, such as cookies, artificial intelligence, or other computer programs.
• Other Users of Our Services. Other users of TG$ Services may provide us with information about you.
• Other Sources. We may collect information about you from other publicly available sources.

How Your Information is Used

TG$ uses your information in a variety of ways to provide our services and products for you to enjoy. For example, we may use your information to:

• Operate, improve, support, advertise, and promote our services and products, whether using TG$ systems or third-party systems. For example, we need to verify your identity, the device(s) you registered with us, and your location in order to provide you with the correct game and determine winner eligibility. Additionally, for example, we need to verify your location when providing location-based services.
• Provide technical and customer support.
• Customize the content which you see when using our services and products.
• Provide advertising to you, including targeted advertising, and also measuring the
  effectiveness of the advertisements.
• Determine additional information about you, including information such as your age and
  interests.
• Verify the compliance of our Terms of Service, including our Participation Agreement
  and Community Guidelines.
• Link your activity to your account information. We may collect information regarding your activity on and off
  our services across all of your devices to identify and associate your activity to your account information, or to sync your information on your registered device(s).
• Aggregate or de-identify your information. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy as it does not constitute Personal Data.

Retention of Your Information

We may retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and products, comply with contractual or legal obligations, for our business or other’s interests, and for legal matters. The retention period for information is dependent on criteria and decided on a case-by-case basis.

How is Your Information Shared

We do not sell your personal information or share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising where prohibited by applicable law. We may share your information as described below:

• In-house. We may share your information with a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of our corporate family.
• Service Providers. To provide our services and products, we may utilize third party service providers and may need to share your information with these third party service providers. Some third party service providers may also collect information directly from you. These third party service providers may share your information with TG$. Our privacy policy does not cover, and we are not responsible for, the actions and information policies of third party service providers and business partners. These service providers may include:
  • Payment processors and transaction fulfillment providers.
  • Hosts for live and virtual events.
  • Hosts for audio and visual content.
  • Film crews documenting game winners and their rewards.
  • Customer and technical support providers.
  • Data processing providers who may receive and analyze your information to determine various trends or metrics relating to advertising, marketing, or other criteria.
• Legal Requests. We may retain, use, and share your information in response to valid legal requests, such as subpoenas, court orders, government inquiries, and law enforcement requires. We may also retain, use, and share your information to promote the safety, security, and integrity of TG$, our employees, users, affiliates, or the public.
• Business Interests. We may share your information in connection with a sale, merger, consolidation, bankruptcy, or other business transfer.
• With Your Consent. Information you share on our platform may be shared with other users. Additionally, information you share on our platform may be shared publicly, such as your username, name, your uploaded images and videos, media related to your winnings, and in-game decisions and statistics. You should use caution in disclosing personal information while using TG$ services. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit to our platform or other users.

How is Your Information Transferred

We may share your information across the globe, both internally and externally, with third party service providers, in order to provide our services and products to you. Your data may be transmitted and stored in other countries outside of your country of residence. We rely on appropriate mechanisms for international data transfers.

U.S. Privacy Laws

Depending on where you live, you may have some, or all, of the following rights:

• Right to Know, requesting that we disclose to you the personal information we collected, used, or disclosed, if any, and other information pertaining to our data privacy practices.
• Right to Request Correction, requesting that inaccurate information about you be corrected.
• Right to Request Deletion, requesting that we delete your personal information that we have collected.
• Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising, which provides you with the right to opt out of targeted advertising wherein your personal information may be obtained and processed from your activities on nonaffiliated websites or online applications.
• Right to Non-Discrimination, which provides you the right to not be subjected to discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. We do not discriminate based on the exercise of any privacy rights.

Data Security

Though no data transfer and storage system using the Internet is guaranteed to be entirely secure, we use reasonable measures to help protect your information. Third parties, for whom we are not liable, may not have the same security protections.

Privacy Policy Updates

We may change this Privacy Policy and if so, you will be given reasonable notice to review the revised Privacy Policy before you choose to continue using our services and products.

Delete Your Account

You may delete your account at any time. Please sign into your account and go to your settings and then to ‘change subscription’ to delete your account.

A copyright is a legal right that protects original works of authorship, such as music, artwork, etc., that are fixed in a tangible medium of expression.

Copyright Infringement

TG$ does not allow any content that infringes the copyright of others on its Services. Any user that uploads User Content that infringes another’s copyright may have their account suspended and/or terminated.
We will promptly remove infringing activity from TG$ Services if properly notified of such in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at Copyright.gov, the U.K. Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (“CDPA”), the U.K. Digital Economy Act 2010 (“DEA”), or equivalent laws which are applicable in other jurisdictions.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report the alleged infringing activity occurring on the Services to TG$ by filling out a Copyright Removal Request.
Before submitting a request, please be aware that intentionally submitting a misleading or fraudulent request may lead to liability for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA or equivalent applicable laws in other countries.
TG$ may contact you if we have additional questions about your request. We may not be able to resolve the issue, remove the content, or suspend or terminate the account in question. By sending us a request, you agree and consent to TG$ contacting the person who is allegedly infringing and providing them with your request. As an alternative, you may directly contact the person who posted the alleged infringing content to resolve the issue.

Trademarks

Introduction
A trademark is a source identifier, such as a word, symbol, design, or slogan, that signifies the source of a product or service.

Trademark Infringement

TG$ does not allow infringing activity on its Services. Any user that uploads User Content that infringes another’s trademark may have their account suspended and/or terminated.

If you are a trademark owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report the alleged infringing activity occurring on the Services to TG$ by filling out a Trademark Removal Request.
